What you need

  • 2 tablespoons boiling water

  • 2 tablespoons margarine

Directions

  1. Add Margarine and boiling water to your mug, stir to melt margarine. Pour into your cake mix. Stir to combine.

  2. Microwave for 1 minute in 1200 watt microwave. (Adjust time accordingly to your microwave watts). Be careful - cake will be hot.

Add a scoop of ice-cream and enjoy!
